Lung Wah Lazum, a Community Health Director of East County Community Health which is an initiative of Rockwood CDC, blends medical and management expertise, having earned a medical degree from the University of Medicine (1), Yangon, Myanmar and and MBA from George Fox University, Portland, Oregon. He is also a certified community health worker, Certified medical interpreter for the Burmese community, and Community Engagement liaison for many Asian communities. Lung Wah is a key advocate for health equity, particularly in projects focused on Health Promotion and Social determinants of health (SDOH) in Multnomah County, Portland.

In addition to her primary role, May Zin Kyaw is also an active community interpreter dedicated to facilitating communication and supporting her community.
